In order of success of my plan I must follow the 3 golden rules of coaching:

  1. Communication- this ensures client and coach understanding
  2. Honesty – this enables your coach to guide you through difficult or problematic times
  3. Check in – this is absolute paramount to your success and gives the coach data to make changes and progression within your plan and journey


Failure to do these can result in cancellation of coaching and forfeit of agreements with No Refund
