Fantastic online nutrition and fitness training and advice. I’ve completed 12 weeks and lost one stone and 62cm. Plan has been great with such a wise variety of foods.

Phil has been amazing, really helped me along my journey to fitness and weight loss, he’s incredibly supportive and when I just felt like giving in he’d send a message that inspired me and motivated me again, it was like he knew!
I find that I look for all the faults, issues and failures but Phil looks for all your successes and strengths and makes sure he tells you. This is massive when you have low self esteem and confidence.
He also adjusts the plan so if it’s not working for you it changes until it does work.
The workouts are fun, instead of thinking I have to exercise now it’s more of what we got today... I also noticed if one week Phil focus’s on your arms or legs then that week you will see the difference in your arms and or legs, it’s incredible.
Phil is just good at his job it’s that simple.

I could not recommend phil enough! I have always thought about doing a plan but the start of this year I plucked up the courage to do it! I knew what I wanted to achieve in my head and spoke about it with Phil! Within two weeks I knew this was the best decision I made and felt so much better about myself! After the full ten weeks I achieved everything I wanted and more and could not be happier! This hasn’t just been a ten week plan I have changed my mind set around diet, nutrition and training 🤩

I was previously training at other gyms with numerous coaches, but always struggled to reach my goals which left me feeling unmotivated and disheartened. I really didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror It completely knocked my confidence and I remember thinking to myself I’m never going to achieve my goals I was so ready to give up on it all. Then my friend recommended Phil so I decided to give it ago and signed up with him for 10 weeks. Phil literally took over everything! He gave me my meal plan and trained me 3 times a week (those sessions are not easy) his knowledge and support is outstanding and I’m absolutely amazed with my transformation in just 10 weeks. Best experience with a fitness/meal plan program ever! Couldn’t say enough about how awesome coach Cauldwell is and how much knowledge he holds! I’ve tried programs before but this one was easy to stick to even with work and a toddler and the results I achieved was way better than I could have imagined. I struggled to get back on track after baby with my body/health and confidence. The 10 weeks flew by! I’ve achieved most, if not all my goals set from the beginning! I’m even fitting into clothes I haven’t for years!
The meal plans were easy to make and delicious! The workouts are hard but get results! Great selection and the dynamics between Coach Cauldwell and Nicole is the best!!! So glad I did this! Will definitely continue with it!

I would highly recommend any plan with Phil. Having just finished a 6 week plan with my other half, we got amazing results through solid nutrition and exercise plans and amazing support. I really felt like Phil genuinely cared about our health and sanity and while the first couple of weeks were an adjustment, the rest flew by.

Just finished a 6-week plan with Phil Cauldwell. I wanted to give myself a pre-Christmas boost. As someone who is getting very close to his half-century, I was worried that this was a youngster's game, I needn't have been as Phil took care of every aspect, from an initial consultation, the setting of challenging goals and a detailed nutrition and exercise plan to achieve them, I couldn't have wanted anything more. 6 weeks later and I'm a stone lighter and feeling as strong as I've ever done. Most importantly though, I've learned a lot of lessons about diet and exercise that will help me massively going forward. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?!?! I really haven't been happy with myself for a couple of years and locked down just tipped me over the edge... Put weight on.. Looked n felt crap. I saw a friends brilliant results on fb from doing phils 7 week plan and decided to go for it! I couldn't be happier with my results in just 7 weeks, I really didn't think it was possible. Love the online classes, so much choice, if I can do it... Anyone can. With the support and guidence of Phil who is amazin he's knows his stuff.... So after coming out of lock down the heaviest I’ve ever been other than being pregnant, I’d completely gave up and felt so low about myself and had zero confidence!
But after a few conversations and facing up to the fact I needed to do something , I agreed to let the amazing coach cauldwell help me !
What an amazing start to the journey it’s been
It’s not been easy and there was a few bumps in the road ( mainly me getting drunk 🥴) but with the constant support and positivity Phil gave me quitting just wasn’t an option!
I managed to make my meals and fit my workouts in to my busy lifestyle and really if I can do it anyone can ! I’ve lost 16 lbs in weight and 10 cm off my waist and this is just the beginning.

I recently completed a 7 week plan with Phil and feel absolutely great! I was debating whether to go for it and start a plan for AGES then one day I bit the bullet and I only wish I had done it sooner! I achieved amazing results with Phil's support and guidance throughout. Any question or concern I had, he was there to offer swift advice! And I have absolutely loved his online classes, which I am continuing beyond my plan. I couldn't recommend this guy enough for anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up, and feel more confident in themselves - thank you Phil!

Amazing!! So supportive!
I’m so happy with my results after my 11 week plan! I am so much more comfortable in my skin. The plan was easy to follow and allowed for flexibility with trying different things. Phil’s daily communication rule really helped me stay focused and on track!

I have just done a 7 week training plan with Phil and have lost 1 stone 7lbs something I could only have dreamed of doing before, but with a good meal plan, fantastic support and determination I have smashed it. I feel so much better in myself, fitter and healthier, so much more energy and I now have the right head set to go further and carry this on. I reached all the goals we set including the weight, cm off my waist and legs.
I would just like to thank Phil for helping me in my weight loss and fitness journey.
Now it’s time to get even fitter. Highly recommend.

I signed up to a plan with Phil and it was throughout lockdown so it was a little bit different in the fact that I was doing home workouts (but I actually preferred these to the gym) and using Phil’s online classes which were mega! It kept me motivated and gave me something to focus on and changed my mind set. I managed to tone up, lose a bit of fat and just feel better in general with myself. I did one PT session with Phil but I really wish I’d had the opportunity to do more as it absolutely pushed me to my limits and I felt great after. Thank you for being so helpful and nice throughout and I look forward to doing another one soon 👍🏼👏🏻

I absolutely love my workouts, and go to the gym most days, it’s my time to de-stress and connect with my body and it makes me feel amazing!! 😃
When lockdown hit, I struggled to find a good workout to do at home, until my friend introduced me to Phil!
OMG I thought I was fit until I started doing his classes 😄 I absolutely loved them from Day 1 and still can’t get enough! There is such a good variety and his Bootcamp sessions are amazing too!

I signed up to a 7 week transformation with Phil (finished at 6 weeks as I was going on holiday) because I was on a downward spiral after lockdown. I was drinking everyday and constantly eating rubbish food. I had put on weight and felt horrid.
It's been emotional and I almost gave up but he wouldn't let me and I picked myself up and carried on with his ongoing support. His online classes have been amazing too. Can't thank him enough, I am so happy in my skin and I am proud of my now healthier, fitter body. I know it's a change for life.

After briefly working with Phil before me and my boyfriend Oliver decided to try out one of his 16 weeks programs to get us into shape for our wedding. Not been used to such a strict diet it was hard at the start getting used to eating similar foods and measuring different foods out. But after we cracked it I really began to enjoy it. Despite the last 7 weeks before in lockdown and unable to train at a gym I was able to lose 1 stone 4lbs and loose a total of 54.5cm off my body. We can’t thank Phil enough 😘💪🏽

Previously worked with Phil for the last 5 years so he didn’t need to be sold to me. Me and my girlfriend char both wanted to get into shape for our wedding so we completed a 16 week program with Phil. His food was very easy to follow and once we got on top of the prep it was relatively easy to keep on plan. After the 16 weeks with 7 of them being during lockdown I managed to lose just over 3 stone and 96cm off my body. God knows where we might have got to if we had used my pts In the gym. Wedding has now been moved till November so we will be hitting the gym hard until then to keep in shape!

WOW!!! 5 STAR++ HItting the big 50 in Jan and feeling fat ,frumpy and unfit ,and lacking confidence ,i needed help ,diet clubs were a failure ,so I contacted Phil ,I was very nervous and out of my comfort zone ,I had high blood pressure and meds for acid reflux . 12 weeks later =WEIGHT LOSS , NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE,NO ACID REFLUX .The knowledge,advice, support , motivation and an abundance of positivity goes way above and beyond . my plan has finished ,my new lifestyle hasn't xx so THANK YOU PHIL

I trained with Phil for 8 weeks, with both a diet plan and boxing specific training plan as I wanted to take part in a charity boxing match in April (before Covid struck) Phil was amazing and really helped me with the technical aspect of my boxing as well as weight loss and a great body transformation! His immense boxing and nutrition knowledge was certainly what I needed to progress!

I came to Phil back end of last year, and asked for help, I had been breastfeeding for 2 years and got into such bad habits with eating. Even when I stopped breastfeeding I kept eating as if I was and the weight just piled on me. I had got to a point where is was really effecting me mentally. I hated dressing up to go out or even getting undressed in front of my husband. I saw some photos on fb of another 1 of Phil’s clients and messaged him. I have not looked back, he has helped me get me back, to become a better version of myself. My self confidence and self belief has sky rocketed since starting my plan. I would highly reccomemd him to anyone, he is so supportive not just with the gym or food but if your having a bad day he’s there. Thank you Phil 💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥

Where to start? Looking back at my first pictures I had simply “let myself go”. I joined the full power fitness family in April 2019 and enjoyed the various classes and using the free weights but when my wife won a 8 week training and diet plan from Coach Cauldwell in her words “I jumped on the band wagon”. We had an initial consultation and the ball started rolling. I received my first diet plan and nearly sh@t myself, a quick message to Phil and he reassured me to “Trust the process”. So it began!! After the first week and the weight started to drop off I was hooked.
Phil has found my limits and pushed me way beyond them! At times I’ve loved and even hated( only when I couldn’t walk to be sick during a leg PT). I simply can’t recommend this man enough. 12 weeks saw me lose 23lb and a total of 84.5cm from my body.
It’s a lot of hard work but the results speak for themselves.

For 7 and a half years I’ve have been a regular gym goer, in that time I have classed myself pretty fit and slim. A year ago I joined full Power Fitness and started attending Phil’s classes, I remember my first ever Hitman Bootcamp and seriously thought I was going to die after the warm up🤮
As I’ve got older I’ve noticed my weight slowly creeping on, despite training 5 times a week I struggled like hell to maintain my 8 stone goal and after 2 holidays in the summer I had hit near on 9 stone, my worst nightmare!! 🤭
When I found out I had won an 8 week nutrition and diet plan I was over the moon and a little scared 😟 I was delighted when my husband jumped on the band wagon and away we went.
8 weeks continued into 12 and boom 84.5 cm loss and 12lb...💪🏻
I can not recommend this man enough, he sticks by you 100% and pushes you to your limit, there has been times when I could have quit or even punched him in the face but he has transformed me and my family into living a healthier and fitter life!! ❤️

For years I’ve struggled with my weight, I’ve never had the determination to stick to a diet for longer than a few days and I was getting bigger and unhealthier so I decided it was time to make a change and I messaged Coach Cauldwell on Facebook to see if he could help out. From the start he was excellent, I got in for a consultation with him the next day and we spoke about my goals, my current lifestyle and any barriers I had. I knew straight away that he knew exactly what he was talking about, his knowledge is second to none. After a 30 minute chat and some body measurements we decided my best course of action would be a 12 week plan, which was ready for me a few days later. In the first 10 weeks I lost 28lbs and felt amazing ready for a holiday, the diet was easy to follow and the workouts left me feeling good. Unfortunately when I came back from holiday i had hit a brick wall, I stopped going to the gym and slipped back into eating rubbish and gained 16lbs back.
4 weeks ago I regained some motivation and went back to the gym, I bumped into Coach Cauldwell and we had a chat about what happened. He was so supportive and fully understanding with me as sometimes life gets in the way, he encouraged me to keep going and not to quit and offered to do a 4 week plan to get me back into the spirit. Alongside the 4 week training and nutrition plan I booked a block of 10 HIIT sessions with Coach Cauldwell, where he has pushed me past any mental and physical barriers to help me achieve greatness. In 4 weeks I managed to lose 13lbs and 41cm from around my body, 10cm being from my waist and 9cm from my hips. My 4 week plan ended today and I can safely say my fitness journey with Coach Cauldwell is not over yet. I’m looking forward to working with him again in the new year.
This truly is a 5 star service, and I would recommend Coach Cauldwell to anyone who is looking to make a change to their life physically and mentally.

So I’ve not long finished my 12 week plan with my good friend Phil.
After several years of not playing football my fitness levels were very poor, so when I joined a local team at a decent standard last year it was a bit of a shock, and I felt slightly embarrassed at how unfit I was.
So I contacted Phil with one goal.. I wanted to be the best on the pitch!
After a constructive and reassuring meeting with Phil, we set certain targets: pace, power and presence.
After 3/4 weeks of following the training and nutrition plan I couldn’t believe how quickly I got fit, I was running around the football pitch like a greyhound on a race day, it was amazing how far id come in such a short period of time. - comments and compliments from people involved with the club were really flattering to hear.
After the 4th week I had lost 15lb and 10cm from my waist, which is unreal because I was on such a high calorie, high carb diet.
Loosing so much weight I felt skinny, so I spoke to Phil about it and using all his experience changed my training and nutrition plan to meet my new targets which were; start to build muscle whilst keeping a high level of pace and stamina.
After another 4 weeks of the new plan I came to Phil again with another alteration to the plan. I was going on holiday and wanted to look as good as I can.
So again Phil altered the plan to this time; maintain performance on the pitch, build muscle and lean up to look good for a holiday.
Phil has been very helpful throughout the process and I would highly recommend him to anyone else who is training to better themselves in one way or another.
His experience and love for fitness in general really rubs off on you.

I've been struggling to get under a certain weight for the last 2 years so decided to do a 4 week training and diet plan with Phil. The results speak for themselves!! 9.5lb down and 40cm lost, 10.5cm being from my waist!! I now can fit back in my favourite pair of jeans and i have my confidence back in and out of the gym. With Phil's help I will be able to continue my journey training and knowing how to diet to get the results I want. Thanks Phil!

So I came to Phil back in March and I was in a very dark place both emotionally and physically. I hated the person I had become and I no longer cared about myself or the way I looked, in-fact i hated what I saw. This just made me feel even worse and I found my comfort in the bottom of a biscuit tin. I was due to turn 40 in August and after a consultation with Phil I decided to take on his 12 week plan and get my dream figure for my birthday. We got off to a slow start due to me ending up in hospital but the support he showed me when others would have washed their hands was fantastic. My first PT session with him I burst into tears, not because it was hard (because believe me it was, but because he pushed me out my comfort zone and through the other side) I soon became addicted to spinning and training in the gym. We’ve had some bumps along our little journey but we’ve fought through them and came out the other side. Friday night I celebrated my 40th birthday with a party and to say I felt fabulous in my dress was an understatement. The help and support I received from Phil and the team at Full Power is outstanding. I’m now planning my next goal and I’m ready to smash the hell out of it!! Big thankyou to Phil Cauldwell at Full Power Fitness, I contacted him 4 weeks ago in a state, feeling fat and horrible, I'd spent months not wanting to go out the house on nights out, hated myself.. I'd managed to loose 4lb but was stuck, my legs were weak and everything became an effort! he gave me a diet plan to follow and pt sessions, I attended his classes at fullpower at night, he was always there praising me, which pushes you in its self, I'm now a stone down, lost alot of cm's, especially off my legs and arms and feel better in myself! I highly recommend Phil for his diet and classes, Thankyou Phil ❤
